Refund Policy

Jessica Braswell Equestrian Clinics and Camps

A non-refundable deposit in the amount listed on the registration is required to complete registration and hold your spot in camp or clinic.  The full balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the clinic start date.  If the balance is not paid within that time, your spot in clinic will be offered to those on the waiting list.  The non-refundable deposit is NOT transferable to a different season (spring, summer, winter) camp or clinic.  If a spot is available within the same season the deposit may be transferred from week to week.  The non-refundable deposit cannot be refunded for ANY reason.

Cancellations submitted in writing two weeks or more prior to clinic or camp start date will be granted the refundable part of tuition.

Within TWO WEEKS of clinic or camp start date refunds are only given in the event of participant injury or illness when supported by a doctor's excuse.  The doctor's excuse must be provided before the start of the clinic or camp to receive the refundable part of tuition.  Prorated refunds are also given if a rider has to leave clinic or camp early due to illness or injury.
